Multicultural Education Grants Program are funding grants that support the development of student-initiated, academic or administrative departments programs that provide educational opportunities around issues involving race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, class, and religion.
Procedures for Grant Application Submission: Applications must be submitted before the program/event occurs; student groups must submit a detailed proposal to the office at least four (4) weeks prior to the program. Upon receipt and review of the proposal, applicants will be notified of the grant approval status. Click here for the application.

Bridging the Gap Multicultural Experience (BTG) is a student-facilitated weekend retreat that provides an opportunity for Rutgers University undergraduate students to connect around issues of social justice, through workshops and activities. The retreat sets the stage for in-depth dialogues on issues ranging from race, class and gender to domestic and global struggles.
